The Retail Operations team at Cass Art is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all fourteen retail locations across the UK. This team, comprised of Store Managers, Retail Assistants, the Customer Service Manager, and Flagship Store Management, oversees day-to-day store operations, manages staff, maintains inventory, and delivers exceptional customer service. Their collective efforts contribute to creating an inspiring and efficient shopping experience for a diverse customer base, ranging from professional artists to beginners.
