Diego Ricci began their work experience as a Regulatory Reporting Accountant at Banca Intermobiliare di Investimenti e Gestioni SpA in February 2007. Diego held this position until December 2014 when they joined Banca Mediolanum as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist. In May 2018, they transitioned to PwC Italy as a Regulatory Reporting Manager. Later that year, in November 2018, they became the Head of Regulatory Reporting at Cassa Centrale Banca Gruppo Bancario, where they currently hold the position. In April 2014, Diego Ricci also worked as a volunteer at UEFA for a short period of time.
Diego Ricci obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Financial Management from the Università degli Studi di Torino between 2003 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in the same field of study at the same university from 2007 to 2009.
