T.j. Castle

T.J. Castle has a diverse work experience in a variety of leadership roles.

T.J. started their career at GE Aviation in 1996, where they held a position in Operations-Six Sigma for nearly 10 years before being promoted to a Managing Director role in Thailand. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for a site with sales of over 44MM annually.

Castle then joined GE as a Business Unit Manager, overseeing manufacturing operations related to the Thrust Reverser organization. Their responsibilities included managing a workforce of 150 employees and handling sales in excess of 220MM annually.

After leaving GE, Castle joined Honeywell Aerospace as a Vice President. T.J. held various roles, including Vice President of ISC Americas Electronics Operations and Vice President of Honeywell Operating System. These positions involved leadership responsibilities for large workforces, P&L accountability, and the development and execution of manufacturing processes and cultural change systems.

Castle then moved to TPI Composites, Inc. as a Senior Vice President, where they had full P&L responsibility for the North American Operations of a 3200+ employee organization manufacturing composite wind blades for the Wind Energy industry. T.J. also played a key role in developing and executing a new lean manufacturing system across the global TPI footprint.

Most recently, Castle joined CASSAVANT MACHINING LLC as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they currently hold.

Throughout their career, Castle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and a track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.

T.J. Castle began their education in 1992 at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Aviation. T.J. completed their studies in this field in 1994. Following this, T.J. Castle attended Saint Louis University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics focusing on Aviation Maintenance Management.
