Sara Shore

Sara Shore has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Sara started as a Professional Search Program Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions, where they focused on business development and training recruiters. Sara then moved on to become the Director of Career Services at Minnesota School of Business, where they provided career assistance and managed a team. After that, they joined Award Staffing as the Director of Recruiting and later became the Director of Community Relations. In these roles, they coordinated recruitment activities, developed employment opportunities, and built relationships with potential sources. Currently, they are the Director of Recruitment at Cassia, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and healthcare services for aging adults. Their responsibilities at Cassia include strategic planning for recruitment and overseeing the recruitment team.

Sara Shore has studied Speech Communication and Rhetoric at Gustavus Adolphus College and has also pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Globe University, where they obtained their M.B.A.
