Sarah Ciavarri is the founder of Level Up Leadership, LLC, a coaching, leadership consulting, and curriculum design firm, since November 2012. Sarah works with senior leaders and mid-level managers across various industries to maximize their adaptability, sustainability, and potential. Sarah is also a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and author. In addition, they have held roles as the Vice President of Spiritual Life at Cassia - An Augustana | Elim Affiliation since February 2022 and as a Corporate Spiritual Life Resilience Trainer since January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Master Trainer at Moxie Institute starting in January 2020. From November 2007 to February 2022, Sarah served as the Director of Spiritual Care at Augustana Care.
Sarah Ciavarri has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from Concordia College. Sarah also holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Luther Seminary. In addition, they completed 1600 hours (4 units) of Clinical Pastoral Education at Allina Health Care Systems. Sarah also has a Professional Certified Coach degree in Leadership Development from C4TL - Coaching4Today's Leaders Brasil. Sarah has obtained various certifications, including a Professional Train-the-Trainer Certificate from the University of Minnesota, a Board Certified Chaplain certification from the Association of Professional Chaplains, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator certification from Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Consultant certification from The Daring Way.
