Adam H. McCabe

Adam H. McCabe, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, is a member of the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime practice group and concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and defense of transportation, warehouse and related inland marine and maritime cargo claims, and defense of maritime personal injury and Jones Act cases. Adam litigates cases in state and federal courts throughout the country and is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois as well as federal District Courts in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, California, and Arkansas.

Through his litigation experience, Adam has defended the interests of insurance companies, shipping companies, passenger tour boat companies, marine towing companies, shipbuilders, motor carriers, and transportation brokers in large exposure personal injury and property damage cases in both state and federal courts. Adam’s practice also focuses on insurance coverage litigation and analysis, including authoring complex coverage opinions involving commercial general liability, pollution, building and personal property, marine and inland marine, and other first and third-party insurance coverages.
