Bradford A. Burton

Bradford A. Burton is a partner in the firm's Chicago office and a member of the firm's Associate Evaluation Committee. Brad has extensive experience in all areas of litigation and focuses his practice on construction. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in a wide range of complex matters. Brad has litigated numerous high exposure catastrophic injury cases, including the representation of a defendant in a well-publicized, multi-party case involving an explosion at the Quantum Chemical Plant in Morris, Illinois and a high profile suit involving scaffolding that fell from the John Hancock building in Chicago, Illinois. Brad is currently representing a steel company in a catastrophic trucking accident.

In addition to his construction practice, Brad defends clients in other complex matters including product liability, mass tort environmental/toxic tort, transportation, employment related disputes and general tort litigation.
