Bradford D. Roth

Bradford (Brad) Roth is a partner in the Chicago office. He previously served as Managing Partner of the firm and was a member of the Executive Committee for over 25 years.

Brad has a broad practice in civil litigation, including such areas as commercial litigation, environmental law, health care litigation, product liability and professional liability. He has extensive courtroom trial experience in both state and federal courts and has argued appeals before the Appellate and Supreme Courts. In addition to Illinois, he has also represented clients through jury trial in several other states. Many of the matters handled by Brad have resulted in summary judgments or dismissals for his clients prior to trial.
