Brandon J. Kroft

Brandon J. Kroft is the Co-Managing Partner of the firm's offices and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a former member of the firm's Hiring and Associate Evaluation Committees. Brandon focuses his practice on complex construction, product liability, professional liability and general liability matters.

Brandon is often called upon by his clients to engage in and coordinate immediate response teams for catastrophic accidents, including transportation and construction matters. This includes working with clients and consultants to ensure preservation of evidence and developing defense strategy from the earliest possible moment.

Prior to law school, Brandon was a member of the Army Reserve and National Guard. He is also involved in several professional organizations including Themis Advocates Group, Lake County Indiana Bar Association, and Defense Research Institute (DRI).
