Christopher M. Daddino

Christopher M. Daddino is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice includes the defense of individuals and institutions from catastrophic injuries allegedly caused by medical malpractice and also transportation. Chris defends physicians, hospitals and long-term care facilities against claims of malpractice. Additionally, he has successfully tried to verdict multiple cases involving allegations of negligence on behalf of physicians and institutions.

Prior to joining Cassiday Schade, Chris was an associate at Johnson & Bell (1994-1998), where his practice concentrated in civil insurance defense at both the state and federal level. In 2000, he became a partner at McBreen, Kopko, McKay & Nora. In 2007, he was a founding member of McKay, Nora, Tanzillo, Daddino & Kott, LLP. Chris began his career as a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney (1991-1994), working in both the Appellate and Trial Divisions. While in the Appellate Division, he authored thirty briefs and argued eight cases before the Appellate Court of the State of Illinois. While in the Trial Division, he also tried numerous cases.
