Daniel Sheroff is an associate in the firm's Indianapolis office. Daniel provides general litigation and transactional services to a wide array of businesses throughout Indiana and across the country. For litigation, Daniel handles complex matters in both state and federal court including but not limited to the areas of construction, transportation, injury, worker’s compensation, employment, and business. Daniel understands the importance of working with businesses to develop strategy in order to obtain a client’s litigation goals. Daniel’s litigation background also enables him to provide risk mitigation and prevention advice to businesses. His success in the litigation space has led to his receiving Rising Star honors from SuperLawyers Magazine.

Daniel also advises start-ups and small/medium-sized businesses on a variety of transactional matters including but not limited to equity and debt financing, crowdfunding, commercial contracts, option plans, intellectual property, business formation and dissolution, real estate, securities, and employment issues. Daniel understands that every business has different transactional needs and works closely with clients to quickly and efficiently achieve their goals. Daniel also works with investors on a variety of transactional and investment matters.

Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst’s honor’s program, Summa Cum Laude and was a part of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa academic honor’s society. Daniel subsequently earned his Master’s degree in International Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and then pursued his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Daniel has continued his business education through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton online program where he focuses on general business and entrepreneurship.

In his free time, Daniel serves as a mentor to small businesses throughout Central Indiana through the SCORE program (Resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration).
