Timothy P. Dugan

Timothy P. Dugan is administrative partner at the firm's St. Louis office. As a civil litigator with more than 19 years of experience, Tim focuses his practice on health law and civil rights litigation. He has extensive experience representing nursing facilities, hospitals and physicians in complex matters related to medical malpractice and wrongful death suits.

Tim has defended and supervised hundreds of lawsuits filed against medical professionals in prison, jail and correctional settings. His familiarity with the unique caveats and challenges associated with correctional medicine has allowed him to try 15 cases to verdict. Tim also represents clients in other types of catastrophic loss cases, in both Missouri and Illinois, including vehicular liability and fire loss.
