Luca Fuso has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Luca began their career in 1988 as a Chef de Produit Senior at Danone. Luca then worked as a Group Product Manager at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from 1991 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, Luca served as the Marketing & Sales Director Europe for Chiquita Brands International, where they led the launch of various fruit-based products in European countries.

In 1997, Luca joined Diesel, where they held various roles such as Managing Director of Diesel Italia S.p.A., Marketing & Sales Director Worldwide, Vice President Europe and Retail Worldwide, and CEO of Diesel Props (footwear & bags).
