At Pipedrive, Jeff excelled as Global Head of Customer Success, achieving exceptional employee NPS score improvements and consistent revenue growth. With a robust background that also includes leadership roles at Snap-File, Accenture, and Stanford Health Care, Jeff's expertise spans customer success, business intelligence, and strategic development. Jeff earned a Bachelor's Degree from King's College in Chemistry and English Literature & Composition.
