Nisha Baxi

Nisha Baxi serves as the Head of Digital Customer Success and Community at Gong since April 2021, overseeing the long-tail customer segment and managing the Gong NPS Program and digital customer experience post-sales. Prior to this role, Nisha founded the Gong Community and launched the Visioneers brand, receiving the Community of the Year award in 2022. Additionally, Nisha is an investor and advisor for several companies, including Pocus, Commsor, and Chainlink Labs. A former Head of Marketing at Monte Carlo, Nisha contributed to the creation of the Data Observability category and built the go-to-market function from Series A to Series B. Nisha's experience spans notable positions at Salesforce, Facebook, and Microsoft, with a rich background in community building and marketing. Nisha holds a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago, along with marketing and corporate communication certificates from Northwestern University and Cornell University, respectively.
