Nisha Baxi

Nisha Baxi serves as the Head of Digital Customer Success and Community at Gong since April 2021, overseeing the long-tail customer segment and managing the Gong NPS Program and digital customer experience post-sales. A former Head of Marketing at Monte Carlo, Nisha contributed to the creation of the Data Observability category and built the go-to-market function from Series A to Series B. Nisha's experience spans notable positions at Salesforce, Facebook, and Microsoft, with a rich background in community building and marketing. Nisha holds a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago, along with marketing and corporate communication certificates from Northwestern University and Cornell University, respectively.
