Kousha Vaziri

Kousha Vaziri has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kousha started their career as the Vice President of Product Management at Cast & Crew Entertainment Services in 2013. Prior to that, they worked at SAG-AFTRA from 2002 to 2012, where they served as the National Director of Enterprise Applications & Support. In this role, they successfully merged departmental operations and business applications, managed complex residuals and foreign levies collection, and developed SAG-AFTRA's online Casting web application. Before joining SAG-AFTRA, Kousha worked at Metapa, Inc. from 2000 to 2002 as the Data Management Director - Digital Media Distribution. Here, they played a key role in building the Quality Assurance department, establishing operating policies, testing procedures, and development standards. Additionally, they managed the organization and storage of content and structural metadata in their web application services.

Kousha Vaziri obtained a BA in Management from AZAD University in the years 1992-1996, and a BS in MIS from Central College in the years 1998-2000. Additionally, Kousha holds a CSPO certification from Scrum Alliance.
