Joel McPeak

Joel McPeak currently serves as the Head of Credit Products for Sponsor Finance at Flagstar Bank, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the Sponsor Finance Group. Previously, McPeak worked as a Vice President in the Sponsor Finance Group at Flagstar Bank and at Stifel Bank & Trust from September 2015 to June 2023, managing loan portfolios and evaluating new transactions while ensuring compliance with credit guidelines. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst at Stifel Bank & Trust and a Commercial Banking Representative at Commerce Bank, where Joel managed commercial relationships and conducted credit analyses. McPeak began his career as a Small Business Specialist at U.S. Bank, after completing an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
