Ken Porz

Ken Porz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ken began their career as a Sales Representative at John Hancock Life Insurance Company in 1989. Ken then worked as a Sales Technician at SD Myers in 1990. Ken later joined JDL Steel Company as an Inside Sales Manager, where they managed the operations of the inside sales department and covered a 14-state territory.

In 2000, Ken transitioned to Engineered Endeavors Inc as an Inside Sales Manager, supervising all operations of the sales department and providing a high level of customer service. Ken then moved to McNichols Company in 2004, where they served as a Sales Manager. In this role, they trained and motivated a team of inside and outside salespeople and instructed new inside salespeople on product lines and sales techniques.

Ken joined Cast Nylons in 2010 as an Inside Sales Territory Manager, where they coordinated with outside sales to manage the sales of cast nylon in a 12-state territory. Ken later moved to Engineered Endeavors in 2016, serving as an Inside Sales Manager and collaborating with various departments to provide customers with up-to-date order information.

Ken then transitioned to MPC Plating Inc in 2018 as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they built and sustained successful relationships with new and existing accounts, collaborated on business strategy, and maximized business potential.

Most recently, Ken returned to Cast Nylons Limited in 2019 as an Inside Sales Territory Manager and was promoted to Inside Sales Manager in August 2021. In this role, they oversee inside sales operations and manages accounts to support business growth.

Ken Porz attended the University of Toledo from 1983 to 1988, where they studied Business Management. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Management from Malone University.
