Ricardo Almeida

Ricardo Almeida is an experienced SAP Basis consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP environments. Currently employed at Cast Group since December 2019, Ricardo focuses on incident management and SAP product updates and implementations. Previous roles include consulting positions at ITGest, Cast IT Group, IBM Brasil, and Grupo Petropolis, where responsibilities encompassed SAP HANA support, environment administration, and system upgrades. With over a decade of experience in the IT field, including a solid foundation in network infrastructure and administration gained at Mediplan Assistencial Ltda, Ricardo possesses a comprehensive skill set in SAP systems and corporate networks. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Centro Universitário Facens, earned between 1998 and 2003.
