Gianluigi Rossi

Gianluigi Rossi is a seasoned professional in corporate finance and legal affairs with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at VVA Group since May 2024, Gianluigi has also been the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Casta Diva Group since December 2016 and holds multiple chairmanships, including Blue Note Milano and AideXa. Additionally, Gianluigi has been a senior managing partner at Rossi & Associati since October 1989. Past positions include Chair of the Board at CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti for controlled companies, statutory auditor roles at Technogym and Banca ALBERTINI S.p.A., and chairmanship at Beni Stabili's controlled companies.
