Melissa Valencia is an experienced educator and advocate in the arts, currently serving as an Arts Education Advocate/Coach with the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture and an Adjunct Professor at The Master's University. Since September 2019, Melissa has been an Elementary Music Educator with the Castaic Union School District, while also holding a position as an Educator with the Saugus Union School District since September 2010. Melissa's diverse background includes roles as a Teacher Leader and Professional Development Facilitator with the California Reading and Literature Project.
