Keith Seitz has extensive work experience in the field of intelligence analysis and collection management. Keith has held various roles in different organizations, demonstrating their expertise in full-motion video (FMV) exploitation, ISR planning, and collection management.
From 2020 to the present, Seitz has worked at Castalia Systems as a Senior FMV Intelligence Analyst and Castalia Team Lead. In this role, they are responsible for processing, exploiting, and disseminating FMV and persistent surveillance data, as well as analyzing terrorism-associated targets using ISR platforms.
Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, Seitz worked at Patriot Group International (PGI) as an ISR Expert. Keith served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as part of the Mobile Advisory Team, providing training and advisory support for effective ISR operations, including planning, collection management, FMV operations, and PED cycle.
From 2016 to 2018, Seitz worked at Vykin Corporation as an ISR Collection Manager. Keith served in a forward-deployed intelligence team in Afghanistan, supporting USFOR-A analytical requirements and coordinating HVI/C-IED ISR collection requirements.
Before that, Seitz served in the US Marine Corps in various roles. From 2014 to 2016, they were an ISR Collection Manager for the 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB). Keith provided analytical PED for C-IED and Counter Terrorism (CT) operations in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen, and served as an ISR Collection Manager for the command staff.
From 2011 to 2014, Seitz worked at the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) as an Operations Chief and Imagery Analyst. Keith specialized in intelligence operations, PED, and geospatial analysis, providing strategic intelligence collection support.
Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Seitz worked at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) PACOM as an ISR Collection Manager and Imagery Analyst. Keith conducted intelligence planning and support for HA/DR and CT operations in Southeast Asia and deployed to SOUTHCOM for HA/DR operations in Haiti.
From 2005 to 2008, Seitz served as the senior USMC ISR Collection Manager/FMV Imagery Analyst in Al Anbar Province, supporting OIF operations. Keith planned and controlled FMV platforms, conducted ISR tactical control, and provided ISR Collection Management training to Marine units.
From 2002 to 2005, Seitz worked at the Joint Analysis Center (JAC), EUCOM as an Operations Chief and Imagery Analyst. Keith was involved in building imagery products for non-combat evacuation operations and contingency planning for UN missions.
From 1999 to 2002, Seitz worked at the 3D Marine Division as an ISR Collection Manager and Imagery Analyst. Keith supported exercises and real-world operations by preparing imagery products and conducting ISR collection requirements management.
Finally, from 1996 to 1998, Seitz worked at the 1st Intelligence Battalion as an ISR Collection Manager and Imagery Analyst. Keith conducted imagery exploitation, attended advanced IMINT and ISR collection training, and specialized in analytical correlation and tasking for national platforms.
Overall, Seitz's work experience demonstrates their extensive knowledge and experience in FMV exploitation, ISR planning, and collection management in support of intelligence operations and strategic goals.
Keith Seitz holds a Masters of Arts in Intelligence Studies Collection Management, which they obtained from American Military University from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Arts in Intelligence Studies/Intelligence Analysis from American Military University from 2007 to 2011.
