Valentina Kaledina

Valentina Kaledina is an experienced professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Valentina is currently a Board Member at The Podcast Academy, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager at Castbox from 2018-2022. From 2010-2018, they were a Partner and Head of Operations at Strikitsa Consulting, a UK/Russian boutique firm that specializes in executive search and management consulting. From 2010-2011, they were a Journalist at Agence France Presse. From 2007-2010, they were the Co-Founder of First Position PR Agency, where they set up and managed an in-house PR-agency with the team of 3 people. From 2006-2007, they were a Journalist at Ogoniok magazine. From 2005-2006, they were the PR & Comms at Primal Consulting PR Agency, where they worked with clients including Irina Chaschina, World Champion and Olympic medalist in rhythmic gymnastics.

Valentina Kaledina completed their Specialist (MA) in Journalism from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2004 and 2009. Valentina then went on to obtain a Master in Multimedia Journalism from Résau CFJ between 2009 and 2010. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) between 2017 and 2019.
