Carlos Guinea Castillo

Carlos Guinea Castillo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carlos is currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Castellana Properties since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of Innovation at DIA Group from 2017 to 2022, leading various innovation projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and gaining a competitive advantage through technologies such as AI, analytics, big data, and IoT. Before that, they held the position of Strategy and Innovation leader at TENDAM, where they spearheaded multiple strategic and innovation projects across supply chain, product, operations, and marketing. Carlos also gained valuable experience as the Country Manager APAC at Livit, a global expert in guest experience design, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at INGENOR, where they focused on project management, cost control, and procurement from 2009 to 2011.
