David Rica Gutiérrez

David Rica Gutiérrez has over 20 years of work experience in property administration and financial roles. David is currently serving as the Head of Property Administration at Castellana Properties, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Sociedad de Centros Comerciales de España as part of the Patrimonial Management team from November 2010 to December 2017. From October 2003 to August 2010, they were a Senior of Customer Administration at Unibail Rodamco Spain. Earlier in their career, they worked at Alban Cooper as a Property Manager and Responsible for Billing in Shopping Centers from December 2000 to October 2003. David began their career at Arthur Andersen Outsourcing as a Financial Administrator from June 1999 to December 2000. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong skills in property administration, financial management, customer relations, and leasing contract management.

From 1991 to 1996, David Rica Gutiérrez attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid where they pursued a degree in Ciencias Económicas. David completed their studies and received a Licenciado degree in the field.
