Mats Eriksson

Mats Eriksson is the current Managing Director for Region Mälardalen at Castellum. Prior to this, they held the position of Regionchef Mälardalen at Kungsleden from March 2015 to April 2022. Mats was also previously Affärsansvarig Retail at Newsec Asset Management AB from January 2010 to March 2015, where they were responsible for Alectas retail properties in Sweden. From January 2003 to January 2010, they worked as Chef Fastighetsutveckling at ICA Fastigheter Sverige AB, where they were responsible for all new construction in the company's Swedish real estate portfolio, including both Ica stores and shopping areas. Mats also worked as Affärsområdeschef / Portfolio Manager at NIAM AB from January 1998 to April 2003. Before that, they were Affärsområdeschef Citygallerior at NK Cityfastigheter AB from January 1996 to December 1998, where they were part of the executive team for the publicly-traded NK Cityfastigheter. Mats also held the positions of Teknisk chef 50% samt ansvarig centrumutveckling 50% at Siab AB, koncerstab fastighet from January 1995 to December 1996, and Fastighetschef Dalarna at Siab Fastighet AB from January 1993 to December 1995. Their career started as Kontorschef, projektledare at VBB Konstruktörer from January 1992 to December 1993.
