Mattias Wallin

Mattias Wallin has extensive experience in project management within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Projektchef for nyproduktion at Castellum since September 2018, Mattias oversees new construction projects, including the Forskaren 2 office buildings and a parking garage designed to be plus-energy buildings. Prior to this role, Mattias worked as Projektledare at MKB Fastighets AB from June 2017 to September 2018, managing new construction projects from detailed planning to occupancy. Mattias held the position of Huvudprojektledare at Region Skåne from September 2011 to June 2017, responsible for significant projects regarding economy, timeline, and execution. Experience also includes serving as Projektledare for Landskrona stad, overseeing municipal investment projects, and managing the district's preschools and primary schools. Earlier roles included positions as Kundvärd at Briggen and Husvärd at MKB Fastighets AB. Mattias holds education from Lund University, I22 Lapplands jägarregemente, and Pauliskolan.
