Andrew Merriman

Andrew Merriman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew currently holds the position of VP, Federal Civilian Sector at Castellum Inc., where they are responsible for developing strategies to grow the company's presence and influence within the sector. Andrew also contributes to business development activities, including capture, proposal writing, and color team reviews. Prior to this role, they served as the VP, Technology & Development (Acting CTO) at Castellum Inc.

Before joining Castellum Inc., Andrew was the President and CEO of Merrison Technologies LLC. Andrew successfully sold the company to Castellum Inc. in August 2021. During their tenure at Merrison Technologies LLC, they provided technical project management and systems integration support for the Director of OSM at OCIO Smithsonian Institution, as well as travel management office support for the Office of Contracting (Ocon) at the Smithsonian Institution.

Prior to their work at Merrison Technologies LLC, Andrew held several roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Andrew served as Technical Director from June 2008 to February 2013, Development Manager from March 2006 to May 2008, and Build Coordinator/Team Lead from August 2003 to March 2006.

Andrew Merriman attended Radford University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology.
