Charlotte O'Shea

Charlotte O'Shea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and growth strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Castelnau Group Ltd since January 2022, O'Shea previously held the position of Group Head of Growth & Acquisition at The Cambium Group from June 2020 to December 2021. O'Shea's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated by founding and leading Rock My Wedding Ltd as CEO from September 2009 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, O'Shea gained valuable experience as a Senior Account Manager at Epyx from June 2005 to September 2011.
