Douglas Backinger

Douglas Backinger has held multiple leadership roles at Caster Concepts since June 2013, currently serving as Vice President of Sales and previously as Director of Sales, Operations Manager, and Process Engineer. Prior experience includes quality-focused positions at Alcoa from June 2010 to May 2013 and earlier engineering roles at Caster Concepts from May 2006 to June 2010. Douglas also completed a technical internship at Intel Corporation in 2009. Educational qualifications include a Mastering Sales program from Kellogg Executive Education in 2020 and two Master of Engineering degrees in Manufacturing Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
