Rima Takieddine is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in recruiting, operations, and business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative at Caster Connection since March 2024, Rima previously held various roles at Health Carousel, including Senior Recruiter and Producing Recruiting Manager since January 2022. Prior to Health Carousel, Rima was the Director of Operations at Jamk INC, managing three businesses with a combined value of over $3.5 million. Their career includes a successful tenure at Enterprise Truck Rental, where Rima advanced from Management Trainee to Assistant Branch Manager, achieving significant operational successes. Rima founded and operated Romaing Rooster Cafe, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit, and has experience in educational settings as an Educational Aide. Rima holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
