Ryan Longden

Ryan Longden has extensive experience in the casting and manufacturing industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Castings Technology International since March 2003. Throughout a progressive career at the company, Ryan has held various roles including Operations Director and Operations Manager, overseeing production and operational areas such as design, pattern shop, and melting processes. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager and managing the Pattern Shop and Shelling departments. Ryan began the career as a Pattern Maker at William Cooks Steel Castings and later worked as Patternshop Supervisor and Iron Methods Engineer at Wombwell Foundry, where responsibilities included pattern creation and gating system design. Ryan holds a BTEC in Cast Metals Technology and a City and Guilds qualification in Pattern Making from Chesterfield College.
