Nick Francis IEng has over three decades of experience in the aviation industry. Currently, Nick serves as the Base Manager at Castle Air Aviation Group, overseeing the provision of helicopters for various purposes. Prior to this role, Nick worked at QinetiQ for nearly two decades as the Maintenance Manager for helicopters. Additionally, Nick has experience serving in the HM Forces (Army) as a Sgt (Crew Chief).

Castle Air operates and maintains AW139, AW169, AW109 and H145 helicopters for the provision of Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), VIP Charter, Aerial Surveillance, Passenger Transport and Training services. Our customer base includes large PLC’s, leasing companies, high net worth individuals’ Government agencies and other helicopter operators. In addition, Castle Air sells helicopters and helicopter parts, with one of the largest stocks of AW109 helicopters and parts available for sale in the world.
