Alexandra Matthews is an experienced leader in organizational culture and client success, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Castle Credit Co Holdings, LLC since July 2022. In this role, Alexandra has spearheaded strategic planning to establish the organization's vision, mission, and values, while enhancing workplace inclusivity through effective recruiting and communication strategies.
