Kara O'Keefe

Kara O'Keefe currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office and the Director of Customer Experience at Castle Group, with a tenure beginning in September 2014. Kara has held various roles within the company, starting as a New Accounts Coordinator and progressing through Project Manager and Client Communications Supervisor among others. Prior experience includes a role as a Recreational Therapy Aide at Jewish Healthcare Center, where contributions included leading activities and implementing programs for residents with cognitive challenges. Kara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Assumption University, complemented by a semester abroad at Richmond, The American International University in London. Additional early experience includes a summer internship at Castle Group and a position at Stutesy's Pub and Grille.
