Emily Galperin is an experienced leader in project management and operational excellence within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management Office, Director of Manufacturing Process Optimization, and Director of Operational Excellence at Rentschler Biopharma SE since January 2019, Emily has a strong track record of driving efficiency and innovation. Previously, Emily held positions at Shire as an Operational Excellence Manager and a Project Manager/Lead, as well as at Baxter International Inc. as a Manufacturing Supervisor, and at Ipsen as a Downstream Manufacturing Associate. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Bridgewater State College.
