Rich Sgalardi

Richard Sgalardi is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Venture Partner at Castle Island Ventures since March 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Managing Director at Steadfast Capital Management (UK) Ltd. from January 2020 to September 2022 and worked as a Trader/Analyst at Steadfast Financial LP from January 2012 to December 2019. Richard's earlier experience includes working as a Trader at Admiral Capital Management from November 2009 to October 2011, specializing in convertible arbitrage.
