Mr. Fuller is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company’s real estate portfolio and is an active member of Castle Lanterra’s Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Fuller served as the Chief Operating Officer for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in Hackensack, NJ, a third-generation privately held real estate development and management firm. While at the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, he was responsible for leading in-house property management, construction, leasing, and administrative teams in the operation of a diversified real estate portfolio consisting of hospitality, commercial office, medical office, industrial, retail, and multi-family assets. Mr. Fuller started his career in a hands-on capacity in the multifamily arena and continued to progress in asset and property management, including spending eight years as Onyx Equities’ Director of Property Management, where he was responsible for a 7 million SF portfolio of value-add commercial, retail, and industrial assets in the tri-state area.
Mr. Fuller received his B.S. In Management from Rutgers University.
