Dolline Hatchett

Dolline Hatchett currently serves as the Principal Deputy Managing Director for Management and Operations at the National Transportation Safety Board, having previously held roles such as Director and Deputy Director of the Office of Safety Recommendations and Communications, where oversight of operational and communication strategies was essential. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and the U.S. Department of Energy, encompassing communication strategy and media relations. Dolline is a graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and has completed several executive programs, including at Harvard Kennedy School and the Federal Executive Institute.
