Tyler st. Pierre

As Vice President of Acquisitions, Mr. St. Pierre is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and structuring asset and portfolio investments for Castle Lanterra’s Northeast acquisition opportunities. He also oversees the due diligence process and business plan development for each property.

With over a decade of experience, Mr. St. Pierre brings a proven track record of success in the acquisition of multifamily, mixed use and retail properties to his position at Castle Lanterra. Most recently, Mr. St. Pierre worked in Acquisitions at Muss Development helping expand their portfolio by sourcing underwriting and executing deals as GP & LP equity throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He was also heavily involved in the financing of new and existing deals, and the disposition of assets. Prior to his time at Muss, he worked in Acquisitions at Sterling Equities and Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. St. Pierre received a B.S. in Accounting & Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University – The Shack Institute of Real Estate.
