Jason Kwon

Jason Kwon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Castle Park Investments since February 2025, Kwon previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Inspire Communities, a leading developer and operator of manufactured housing and RV communities. Prior roles include Vice President at HAS Capital Group, where Jason led acquisitions for a real estate investment firm, and President and Managing Partner at K Hospitality Group, where Kwon founded a successful restaurant group recognized in the culinary field. Kwon began a career in consulting at Deloitte, focusing on strategy and operations within the federal government sector, and started as an analyst at Farallon Capital Management. An alumnus of Columbia University, Kwon holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
