Cliff Hirsch

Cliff Hirsch is the Founder and President of Pinestream Communications, Inc., where the publication Semiconductor Times was established, providing insights into semiconductor startups and emerging trends. Hirsch currently serves as the North America Business Development lead at GreenWaves Technologies, focusing on innovative AI processing solutions for power-constrained devices. Additionally, in the role of Cybersecurity Solutions Advisory at Castle Ventures Corporation, data-centric solutions for various industries are offered. As Director of North America and Europe Business Development at O2Micro, Hirsch has achieved significant design wins with tier-one power tool companies. Previous experience includes high-level roles at Alliance Semiconductor, Cypress Semiconductor, and AMD, solidifying expertise in business development and sales across the semiconductor industry. Hirsch holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master of Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
