Nathan Berg

Nathan Berg, CPA, is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in asset management and alternative investment funds. Currently serving as the Director of Partnership Services at Castlelake since October 2025, Nathan previously held the position of Vice President of Tax at Two Harbors Investment Corp. from January 2019 to September 2025, and at Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. from January 2019 to August 2020. Earlier in Nathan's career, a tenure at PwC spanned from January 2011 to December 2018, progressing from Tax Associate to Senior Tax Associate to Tax Manager. Nathan began a professional journey at PwC as a Tax Intern in 2010. Nathan completed a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Markets and Finance at the University of Minnesota Duluth between 2006 and 2010.
