Sabrina Rioux

Sabrina Rioux has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sabrina is currently working as a DevOps Lead at Castlepoint Systems since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the National Research Council Canada from February 2015 to September 2021 as a Program Advisor. In this role, they managed a group of web developers and testers to develop new tools and software for securing the NRC's IT infrastructure. Sabrina also collaborated with various teams to improve processes and effectiveness of technology. Additionally, they served as a program manager for IRAP's development of applications and processes for new funding programs benefiting Canadian small and medium enterprises.

Before working at the National Research Council, Sabrina had a long tenure at BlackBerry. Sabrina held various roles including Manager, CTM from November 2011 to January 2015, Sr. Carrier Technical Manager from June 2009 to October 2011, Carrier Technical Manager from July 2007 to June 2009, and BlackBerry Systems Engineer from March 2006 to July 2007.

Sabrina Rioux obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University. Sabrina attended Carleton University from 2000 to 2005.
