Stefanie Weaver

Stefanie Weaver is a seasoned professional in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development at Under Armour since March 2022, where the focus is on creating impactful learning experiences for global teams. Prior experience includes roles at Hancock Whitney, where Stefanie managed instructional design and development while also leading training and quality initiatives in the Contact Center, and began a career in education as a Commerce and Information Technology Educator at both Saraland and Citronelle High Schools. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Alabama and additional education from the University of Mississippi School of Banking.
