Samantha Pinney

Samantha Pinney has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Samantha most recently worked as a Principal Operations Manager in Solutions Strategy at Castlight Health. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Creative Circle for Castlight Health, where they were responsible for program management and digital communication. Samantha also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Genesys, where they managed various initiatives across multiple teams and played a key role in marketing enablement and campaign development. Samantha has also worked at Oracle Corporation in two different roles, including as an Associate Director and Senior Project Manager, where they led web design projects and managed global brand projects. Additionally, Samantha worked as a Marketing Manager and Business Development professional at Alarcon Bohm, where they contributed to marketing strategy and brand alignment. Before that, they were a Marketing Communications Manager at Pulse Entertainment, leading developer-focused efforts and overseeing the implementation of various marketing initiatives. Samantha started their career as an Operations Manager at Miller Freeman.

Samantha Pinney holds a BA in English from St. Lawrence University. Samantha also pursued UX Design at General Assembly, San Francisco. Samantha obtained their ScrumMaster Certification from Scrum Alliance, Redwood City. Additionally, they completed Writing and Project Management studies at UC Berkeley, Extension. Samantha has received additional certifications including becoming a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) from CrossFit, LLC in June 2023, and a Scrum Certification from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
