Scott Tweedy

SVP Support and Technology at Castlight Health

Scott is the Senior Vice President of Customer Support and Technology at Castlight Health. Leading both our Support and Technology teams puts Scott in the unique position to ensure that the organization leverages technology to enable and enhance customer relationships, while always maintaining a clear focus on personalized and friction-less customer experiences. Scott joined Castlight after a career in wireless telecom, 13 years at Verizon Wireless and most recently 15 years at T-Mobile. Most of his career has been in customer service operations in addition to time spent on acquisitions & integrations, digital and strategic transformation, web strategy, e-commerce, IT, marketing and sales. Scott led teams at T-Mobile that revolutionized wireless and delivered the most J D Power & Associates wins for customer service in the history of wireless in the U.S. Scott holds a bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
