Norbert Finger

Norbert Finger has extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Norbert started their career in 1995 as a Controlling postgraduate scholar at Demag Cranes & Components. Norbert then worked as an Internal Auditor and Team Leader at ZF Group, where they audited and consulted production, engineering, and trade group companies worldwide. In 1998, they joined MAHLE, where they served as CFO for Mahle Spain, Head of Controlling for Mahle Mexico, and Controller for Mahle US.

From 2005 to 2008, Norbert was the CEO/CFO of Plus Supermercados Portugal at Jerónimo Martins. Norbert then worked at Federal-Mogul Powertrain as the Group Controller for TRW Engine Components Europe. Norbert later became the CFO of Glunz Group at SONAE ARAUCO from 2009 to 2013.

Norbert's next role was at Sika, where they served as the Managing Partner and CFO of Faist ChemTec Group. Norbert then joined Teka Group in 2015 as the CFO and a member of the Executive Board before moving to Progroup AG in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Purchasing. Their most recent position is with Castolin Eutectic, where they currently hold the role of Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.

Norbert Finger attended the University of Regensburg from 1989 to 1994, where they graduated with a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann). During their time at the university, they did not specialize in a specific field of study. Norbert also completed an internship in Public Relations at Audi AG in Ingolstadt, Germany. Additionally, Norbert Finger completed an internship in Plant Controlling at Faurecia Automotive Seating in Bad Abbach, Germany. The duration of these internships is not specified.
