Mark Slaughter

Mark Slaughter serves as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Mika, leading the company's Digital Therapeutics Life Sciences strategy since June 2023. In January 2024, Mark founded BLK TLP, an exclusive boating club in Amsterdam. Mark has been an Advisory Board Member at Castor since April 2019, contributing to the Executive Committee, and holds an independent director position on the Board of Directors. Previously, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Pharma Business Development at Sidekick Health from August 2021 to January 2023, focusing on digital therapeutics co-development with pharmaceutical clients. Mark's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Philips, where responsibilities ranged from global business development for Pharma Solutions to healthcare transformation services. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding and serving as the CEO of Cohealo, Inc., which developed a surgery supply chain informatics platform. Mark holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
