Yauheniya Rudzenok

Yauheniya Rudzenok is a seasoned QA Lead at Castor since May 2021, responsible for developing test strategies, coordinating QA engineers across multiple teams, managing personnel, analyzing test results, improving processes, participating in audits, and leading demo and scrum meetings within the QA team. Previously, Yauheniya held the position of QA Engineer, focusing on functional testing in a GCP environment and UI automation using TestCafe. Prior experience at EPAM Systems from January 2015 to April 2021 includes roles as Senior Software Testing Engineer and Software Testing Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed various types of testing, including functional, regression, mobile, integration, and API testing, along with documentation tasks. Yauheniya began a career as a Junior Software Testing Engineer, where foundational skills were developed in functional testing and documentation. Yauheniya holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Mogilev State A.Kuleshov University.
